Support the Battle Advisor →When evaluating an opponent's Pokémon, the app should check whether your input includes coverage against you — i.e. at least one move that hits your typing effectively, outside of what their STAB alone would threaten. The app would flag if the opponent has a coverage move: a move that resists or bypasses your natural defensive typing, meaning they can punish you for staying in even when the matchup looks favourable on paper.
